Affirmations that reset the mind and soothe the spirit
Affirmations that reset the mind and soothe the spirit

This Week's Word Mix, Mind Fix Monday Affirmation:

I don’t have to chase what’s already mine.

I allow it to reveal itself — and I do the work to bring it to life.”

Hey Live Well Live Whole (LW2) Fam,

How are you living this week? With intention?  With self-acceptance?  With Loving Kindness?  How are you living?

Welcome to another week of Word Mix, Mind Fix Mondays.

In a world where we receive constant messaging that tells us we’re behind, that we should have more, do more, be more — the pressure to prove ourselves is relentless. It’s destabilizing. It’s fear-based. And for many of us, especially those who’ve survived trauma, dysfunction, or chronic stress, this noise doesn’t just live outside of us — it’s internalized. It becomes the loop we play on repeat.

But here's the truth: creativity, clarity, and true solutions are born not in chaos, but in rest. In order to quiet the noise and tune into the blueprint for your life — the one seeded deep within — you need space. Space for mental reset, emotional regulation, and spiritual recalibration. You need practices that help you remember who you are outside of fear, outside of survival mode, outside of someone else’s expectations.

This is why curation — of your inputs, your habits, your relationships, and your energy — is sacred. You are not here to constantly hustle. You’re here to build, create, express, and expand. And that only happens when you move from worth, not from lack.

This week’s affirmation is a gentle (but powerful) recalibration:

“I don’t have to chase what’s already mine.I allow it to reveal itself — and I do the work to bring it to life.”

It’s not about passivity. It’s about alignment. It’s about making space for the things that are truly meant for you — and meeting them with intention rather than desperation. It’s about unlearning the grind culture lie that worth is something you have to earn.

You’re invited to pause this week and ask yourself:Where have I been chasing something from fear or scarcity?Where have I been exhausting myself trying to prove I’m worthy of love, opportunity, or belonging? What if I already am?

Let this affirmation settle into your nervous system. Let it become a balm for the parts of you that are tired of striving. Let it speak to the part of you that knows: what’s yours will not require you to abandon yourself to receive it.

And then — from that rested, centered place — do the work. Not to become worthy, but to bring forth what’s already yours.

Reflection Prompts

  • Where in my life do I feel like I’m constantly chasing or proving?

  • What would change if I trusted that what’s meant for me is also seeking me?

  • What does “doing the work” look like from a grounded, non-performative place?

Let this be your rhythm this week — a quiet strength, a sacred alignment, a reminder to live, create, and move from worth.
